Sub Acute Rehabilitation

Resorts at Chester River Manor has an experienced staff of nurses and nursing assistants to care for your loved one following a hospitalization. When in a compromised state of health, skilled nursing care is of the utmost importance. The clinical team at Resorts at Chester River Manor will oversee to ensure a proper recovery; regaining your strength and prior level of function is our goal and focus.   

Our professional speech, occupational, and physical therapists provide rehabilitative services seven days a week. Our newly-renovated health care facility now boasts a modernized, 800-square-foot rehabilitative therapy gym with all-new, state-of-the-art equipment.  As well as a private dining room/lounge area for our sub-acute clients to enjoy. Rooms are equipped with televisions, complimentary cable TV, internet access, and private telephone lines.
