 WHAT IS RESPITE CARE? 

Respite Care is a short-term stay, often suggested for care giver vacations, senior living trial periods or any other reason that you may have.

Short-term stays allow residents to enjoy housekeeping services, group activities, dining and all of the other amenities that are enjoyed by our permanent residents.  If you or your loved one is in need of temporary care, whether for a week or a few months five star service and care will be provided at Resorts at Chester River Manor.

Respite Care might be the right option for you if you answer, “YES” to any of the following:
* Family/Care Giver need a break or have travel plans
* Senior Citizen needs supervised attention on a short term basis
* Senior may be considering long term care and wants to try out the experience for themselves. 

WHAT IS HOSPICE CARE?

Our palliative care provides end-of-life care and support with kindness.

Working with a multi-disciplinary team of hospice representatives, medical caregivers, and chaplains, we assist with the coordination of personal affairs and focus on pain and symptom relief.

This period in one’s life can be extremely stressful; both mentally and physically. At Resorts at Chester River Manor, we work diligently to make the process as smooth as possible for both our residents and their families.

Residents can rest assured that their every need will be taken care of in a comfortable, compassionate and caring environment.  At Resorts at Chester River Manor we have a relationships with many of the area’s leading hospice companies.
